I made a reservation at the USC hotel a few days ago and I complained about some issues. In this regard, the Customer Service Representative Mr 'Kenneth Padrons' of this hotel acted quickly and kindly and actively. I commend Mr 'Kenneth Padrons' of this hotel's customer service team. I have become more and more reliable in USC hotels with these great employees. However, after staying there, I found that the soundproofing of the windows was inadequate, and the outside noise was too loud. If they improve the soundproofing of the windows, it would be perfectly excellent.

An expensive downtown motel. Staff was very good. Joshua in the restaurant was a pleasure. All that said there was no Peet’s coffee in the executive rooms despite lots of advertising around it! It felt a lot like a fancier Hampton Inn! The robes were great after an afternoon in the rain at the USC football game! Shower has major pressure fluctuations but temp stayed warm. The towels were good. Beds were comfy but the pillows were not very supportive. Food in the area is problematic. Mostly glorified fast food. The breakfast buffet was tasty.

Location was convenient. Short walking distance to BMO Stadium and a variety of restaurants and cafes around. Rooms were a little bit old but it was comfortable and equipped with the necessities that would get you through your stay. Bathrobes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap were provided. Two bottled water, coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. Staff were friendly and room service is good which is available 6am to 10pm. Hair dryer is disgusting. The dryer itself was sticky, the back was caked with dust and the nozzle had hair IN it. Maybe wipe it down everytime the room is cleaned as well. I didn't use it because it looked like it'll blow dust all over me once I turn it on. I had to sleep with wet hair for 2 nights. On my second night, one of the two elevators broke down. The event in BMO Stadium also just finished and everyone was trying to make their way to their rooms. We had to queue for a long time just to get into an elevator. Someone asked if they can use the stairs but the staff said the doors going into the floors are locked. They would "try" to get it open but he said something along the lines of not all doors can be opened. Something like that. I didn't pay attention, I was too tired. Overall, I consider those minor inconveniences and would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to the area.

USC Hotel was nice. The rooms were large. The staff was friendly. I stayed there for a work conference which was held at the hotel so the location was perfect. Downtown and great restaurants were only a 15 minute Uber ride away. I did not get a chance to order room service but the options looked great. I would stay there again.

Had an amazing stay at the USC Hotel for our anniversary celebration! The location is fantastic, so close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. When we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They even gave us a special surprise to celebrate our anniversary, which made the stay even more memorable. I believe Martha and Abraham were the ones who helped us at check-in, and they were both so friendly and attentive, making us feel extra special. The room was comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay near USC!

Just outside within walking distance to the USC campus. Right next to Starbucks. USC village is about 4 blocks. Right off the highway. safety wise, I am not sure about walking, etc.. Parking is on site and is $40 a day with in and out privileges. Secure area within the hotel and towards the campus. The staff(special.mention to Christian) is excellent and accommodative to our needs. We stayed there for music school audition, not only they provided a quiet place to practice craft, but they let us load and unload the instrument and use their check-in parking for waiting... gave us an extra hour to 2 to change and fresh up after the audition past the check out time.

I booked it for my parents visiting me and I want to give big thanks to Martha and Kenneth for making things very smooth. We had a very complicated booking thru multiple travel agencies, and they helped us stay in the same room for the whole duration. There was a minor issue with the first room but Martha was able to help us out immediately and moved us to a better room with a fantastic view over the campus. When my parents revisit, they will definitely stay here again.
